Before the procedure, I was asked to undress from the waste down, then left lying on the table waiting alone for an extended period despite needing urgently to urinate (the constant need to do so was why I was there in the first place). During the appt., Jacob was incredibly unsympathetic and dismissive of my concerns and issues, even challenging me when I described the pain I had been experiencing that had landed me in the ER a few weeks prior. I left USA - Lakeline in even more pain and discomfort than when I arrived. I could barely drive but had not been given a realistic idea of what the procedure would entail and thus had no one there to take me home. I don’t know about other providers here, but avoid Jacob if you are seeking empathy, caring, and someone who listens to your experiences and concerns.
