Blayne Andrews, MS

Blayne Andrews grew up with a deep curiosity about how lifestyle, nutrition, and mindset influence health. That curiosity grew into a passion after seeing firsthand how these factors play a powerful role in recovery and long-term wellness. Personal and professional experiences reinforced the idea that prevention and education are essential, eventually leading Blayne into a career as a Health and Wellness Coach.

Blayne earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Foods, with a concentration in Dietetics, from Texas State University, followed by a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States. Additional training in neuronutrition, an interdisciplinary field combining psychology, neuroscience, and nutrition, has further shaped a whole-person approach to care.

Over time, Blayne developed a special interest in supporting urology patients. Conditions such as prostate cancer, recurrent UTIs, kidney stones, and sexual health concerns are often deeply connected to lifestyle, nutrition, and stress. This inspired Blayne to bridge the gap between traditional urology care and sustainable wellness practices, helping patients build habits that not only support urologic health but also improve energy, mood, and resilience.

Blayne’s philosophy is collaborative and patient-centered, rooted in the belief that individuals are the experts of their own lives. Through education, lifestyle strategies, nutrition support, and targeted supplementation, Blayne empowers patients to make practical and lasting changes that complement their medical care.

When not working with patients, Blayne enjoys cooking, making pottery, practicing herbalism, walking in nature, playing tennis, and spending weekends at Barton Springs. A fun fact is that during high school and undergrad, Blayne created EastCoastAvocado, a wellness brand where nutrition content, recipes, and lifestyle inspiration were shared.
